Privacy Policy
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your video and its transcript are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. We do not receive, see, or store your media.
What we collect
Nothing, unless you choose to unlock extra caption styles by entering your email. In that case your email address is sent to our self-hosted newsletter system (Listmonk) so we can send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Anti-spam
The email form is protected by Altcha, a privacy-friendly proof-of-work challenge. It does not track you.
Cookies & local storage
We do not use tracking cookies. A small flag (whether you unlocked the extra styles) is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
